So what exactly is the No Nonsense Weight Loss system?
It’s not anything magic or secret. In fact, it’s really a lot of common sense and wisdom that helps a person change their eating habits. The result is effective weight loss that lasts!
So here are some bullet points that I created to help people see my weight loss system at a quick glance.
- Do not eat anything after 8 PM each night (7 PM is even better!)
- Cut your portion sizes in half
- Reduce sugar intake
- Reduce salt intake
- Exercise regularly
Like I mentioned, this is not some secret magic formula that took scientists years to figure out. It’s good old-fashioned common sense.
So what’s so special about the No Nonsense Weight Loss system? It works! And it doesn’t just work to help you lose weight. It also works to help you keep the weight off, so you’re not jumping onto the weight loss roller coaster.
Basically, what I will do from here is to break these bullet points down into finer detail to explain what I did to burn body fat, control my appetite and get into the best shape that I’ve been since I was in high school.
I will be talking about each of the bullet points above and also adding some other weight loss tidbits in there too, to give a more complete picture of what it takes to drop, 20, 30, 40, 50 lbs. or more and keep it off for the rest of your life.
